common law marriage

What constitutes a common law marraige in Penna.? I lived with the same person for 8 years and a few years ago we built a house. He put it in his name alone. We are now splitting up. Am I entitled to half of the home and other properties that are in his name that were purchased while we were living togeather?

Common law marriages are very difficult if not almost impossible to prove. Just because you lived together to 8 years doesn't establish a common law marriage. For more information you need to consult with an attorney.
