Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

common law marriage...

we have a common law marriage since Jan. 30, 1992...do i have any rights at this point on spousal support.....i pay child support and have partial physical custody of my children but father and his new wife...won't let me talk to them on phone or see them...i received papers for a divorce on april 22. 2009..what course of action should i take

For starters is there a custody order? If not you should get one.

As to spousal support that would depend on your relative incomes.
