Common Law Marriage
My 1st husband left me and remarried, no where can I find where he got a divorce from me, so I have been living with
my man for over 25 yrs. Is their such a thing as common law
marriage. How do I do it.

Common law marriages in Pa were recently stricken by statute. To determine whether or not your relationship was a common law marriage requires a fact sensitive examination. Some of the factors are if you and "husband" held yourself out to the world as being married, joint tax returns. I offer free consultations.
