is common law marrige still legal in pennsylvania?

Depends from 2004 on you couldn't create a common law marriage as the Commonwealth Court in a Workers Comp Decision said that the legislature would need to rewrite the statute as the current one is unconstitutional. That said if you had a valid common law marriage prior to 2004 yours might be valid.
