Complaint for paternity in chester pa

Is this something a putative father may file on his own directly with the court? We have a complaint done w/service of process.

Based on what you put in your posting I will infer that you were served with papers most likely from the Chester County Domestic Relations Office seeking child support.

If you have doubts that you are the father of the child then you may request a paternity test. You could contact the domestic relations office for the procedure to request this test.

I don't see why not. Many people go to family court alone. Most people should get an attorney, but not everyone needs one.
