Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I am completely frustrated. My husband refuses to disclose information toward our divorce case. He hid assets and money. I am being penalized and now my lawyer is telling me that I will have to pay him off. My husband makes more money than I do. My husband wants such a ridiculous amount of money.

If your husband is indeed hiding assets you'll need to be able to prove it. I assume since you have an attorney there has been some sort of discovery, interrogatories and request for production of documents. Does more discovery need to be done? Would having a forensic accountant help? Those are the questions I'd be asking your lawyer.
