If you file a divorce no fault there is a 90 day period after service of complaint before affidavits of consent can be filed. it may be possible to finalize a divorce under this ground if you act quickly and have cooperation from your husband. You can attempt to do the divore yourself but this may slow down rather then help you expedite the divorce if you file the wrong paperwork etc. A two year separation divorce may be quicker but you must allege you have been separated for two years you do not indicate when you separated so I cannot comment on whether this would work as you must have two years also it assumes your huband is cooperative. i suggest you at least consult with an attorney to determine whether all this can be done in your time frame.
