Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I have not had any contact with my husband in the last 10 years. We were married in New York state, but I have tried to serve him with divorce papers from New York to Massachusetts where he was originally from and everytime he was supposed to be served at a place where he was located at, the place was shut down without any further contact or information. Am I granted with a divorce through no-fault or do I still have to continued having the divorce papers served?

He must be served before a divorce decree can be entered. However, there are other ways to serve him, ie: through publication in a specific way.

I would suggest that you retain a lawyer to help with this because court permission may be required through the filing of a motion.
