Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

had contempt hearing yesterday for ex not paying alimony. he claims he stopped paying due to cohabitation. i had a guy stay with me for 11 weeks. is that enough evidence for him to stop paying alimony? plus he never went to petition the court to modify court order based on me working nor did he petition the court to stop paying based on his cohabitation claim. he just stopped paying. will he be responsible for pay due alimony? it totals $4200 and will be be faced with contempt?

thanks

Sounds like contempt to me. Alimony stops when you get married.
