how can an out of control 15 year old be declared incouragable?

How can I have my granddaughter declared incouragable? She is out of control and does what she wants no matter what I say.She leaves the house stays out over nite or come in at 2:30 Problem in school get suspended often,refuses to tell me where she is going or who she is with.I need help

A petition to the Court of Common Pleas for the county in which you reside can ask the court to declare the child incorrigible. The court with the advice of social workers can place the child in a program either in patient or out patient to help solve the underlying causes. I offer free consultations.
