Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Court dates during work hours.

I have a custody battle at this time and am in a probabtion period at my current job, they keep extending my probationary period due to many appointments. they are for appointments to appear in court regarding custody of my children. They have extended my probationary period one last time and stated if were to be late or leave early or anything again they will terminate my employment with the company. Is there a law against that and if so can you tell me where to find it.

Well there is no law. Pennsylvania is an "At Will" employment state. Simply put you may be fired for a good reason or no reason at all. As long as they are not discriminating against a protected class they can fire you.
