Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania
can a court force me to send my child out of the country to visit with her father? We are all American and when the visitation order was written it was done in Florida allowing visitation in Florida. the father has since moved to Germany and has married a Lithuanian. We are about to go to mediation and I have no representation. I don't want to send my child 3000 miles away and risk not getting her back. Im willing to let him come here to visit her

you can convince the same to the court and in case you are unhappy with the court order, there is always possibility for you to go on appeal
If you can get counsel. While it's possible that the court might make you send the child to Germany. I believe they are a signatory to the Hague Convention, getting a child back might be difficult. Depending on why dad moved to Germany may affect the court's decision.
