Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

court injunctions

Daughter files injunction to prevent father from moving from an assisted living residence to a private residence. Can she do that if the father does not want to live in the assited living residence. Not sure if she has power of attorney.

If daughter wishes to run dad's life she would need to be appointed guardian. Which would require her proving dad is mentally incompetent.
