Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

The court in Pennsylvania where I filed for a relocation hearing has not yet given me a hearing date and it has been 7 months. Is that legal and what can I do? I now live in Florida and I only have phone contact with my 15 year old son because his father now thinks he has all control over the situation. Please I need help and don't know what to do
