Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I have a current custoday agreement from the courts in Pa. I currently live in Va and the agreement is 3 weeks with me 1 week with my Ex .. So i drive her to Pa and Pick her up every month. I have lived in Va for 15 months now and my daughter will be starting preschool in the fall. Can I modify the agreement in Va courts?

No. If you have a PA custody Order, you must seek to modify it in PA. PA has jurisdiction. Since school is not that far off, I would recommend taking action soon. Please see my website at divorceinpennsylvania.com. I have several office locations, if you want to meet.
