Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

My current custody agreement is very old and has been rendered obsolete for a variety of reasons. For the past several years, my ex-wife and I have essentially made plans week to week. Now she has cut off communication with me and is denying me the ability to see my two sons. What can I do?

You need to go back to court and have the current order modified.

If the mom is not complying with the existing order, which appears to be the case as she is denying access, you can, and should, file an Emergency Petition for Contempt. Then, I agree with John that your next step is a Petition to Modify.

I trusts this answers your question, but feel free to call or e-mail me on a free initial basis.
