Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Custodial Parent Interference

Both the father and his girlfriend are constantly putting down where I live and belittling me to my sons. They are making their life miserable. They harp and harp if the children come to WV for the visistation. It is just easier for the boys to go to my mothers in PA.(nearby)than to come for visitation at my house every third weekend. I have the boys for the summer with visitation to the father every third weekend but he and his girlfriend have so influenced the boys due to the 3 hour travel time one way they would just as soon go to my moms so they don't have to hear it. They say it goes on and on if he has to come get them. They also fear retaliation for divulging this information,'' we will pay for it!'' How do I broach this in court with both of the interferors present without hurting my boys? I do not want them to suffer for wanting to visit me. The boys are 13 and 14 3/4 yrs old with the 13 yr. old expressing to his dad his desire to live with me full time. Also this is really alienating their half sister with whom they lived together with for 8 & 9 yrs. respectively. After the dad learned of his desire to live with me the pressure became unbearable. Now with a court date looming the pressure is on. HELP

Re: Custodial Parent Interference

The judge could allow an in camera talk with your sons. Otherwise they would have to testify about their desires.
