Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania
If I have a custody agreement for my daughter that states I pick her up on Friday night and return her on Sunday at approximately 6:00, can my ex-wife demand that I bring her home on Saturday night so she may attend church with her on Sunday morning?

Generally you only have to comply with the court's order unless the judge modifies it.
Sure she can demand anything. However, in light of the court order you can not give in to her demands unless YOU want to. From the tone of your question I don't think you want to. So you can just say no.

The answer depends on how you define custody agreement. If your custody agreement is on file with the court and has been adopted as a Custody Order, neither party can deviate from the Order unless both parties agree. If your custody agreement is simply an oral or written agreement between you and it has not been filed and adopted by the court as an Order, then there is no remedy available to either party who violates the agreement. If your agreement is not on file and adopted by the court as an order, you should contact a lawyer immediately to preserve your rights.
