Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

custody agreement

My wife and I went to the court of common pleas and made an agreement of split custody (4/3, 3/4)of our daughter with the custody conference officer while we file to attend CCES. She says her attorney says it's not a legal agreement, and she has the right to take our daughter on vacation for a week if she wants. Is this correct or false?

Re: custody agreement

I can give you no advice concerning Pennsylvania law.

Why can you not work out an agreement with your daughter's mother that lets her take the child on vacation? and vacation time for you too? why not put everything that you want into that agreement?

you will be father to this child for a long, long time, and she is the child's mother.

and you should get a lawyer to help you. you need a lawyer's assistance.
