Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

My ex and I have a custody arrangement that works for the both of us. We want to make it so that it's a legal document, but don't want to go through the court system, same with support. What do we do?

If you can reach an agreement then you file a petition with the courts to make it an order of the court. Sorry but there is no other way. As to support you can make an agreement but support is owed to the custodial parent but to the child.

I you have any questions feel free to contact me. The initial consultation is free,
