custody

what if custody already atablished then father of child opens another case in his county what happens

if you end up having a hearing in another county, you must show your county has previously entered a court order to prove that the father's county does not have jurisdiction. he must have primary custody and file a "plowman" petition to move the county. Otherwise the court should dismiss his petition. call me if you need help in representation!
