Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

i have a custody batttle right now. i live in philadelphia but the case is in bucks county in pa. Lawyers won't represent me from philly bc the case is out of their jurisdiction and bucks county lawyers won't represent me because i live in philadelphia. I'm a waitress and paying for school, car, and car insurance and i cannot afford high proced lawyers. I have no family to help me what do i do?
