Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

i have a custody case coming up this Wednesday, i wanted to know are there other ways to prove things that have been done by neglectful mother if i were to hear about what happened through my daughter i me and her mother lives in different houses and has a custody agreement already in affect but she broke the agreement and dropped my daughter off on me in the middle of my work shift during her week that she was suppose to have her

It would be impossible to answer that question without knowing all of the facts. I would suggest that you bring this concern up with your lawyer asap. If you don't have a lawyer, I would suggest that you retain one right away. Your odds of success at trial will be much better if you have a lawyer.
