Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Custody

I currently have a child and I have full physical custody. The father has visitation. Currently we are not on a friendly basis with one another. He wants me to speak to his girlfriend regarding our child , and make visiting arrangements with her. I am willing to make these arrangmenets with the grandmother, but my question is since his girlfriend has no relation to my child, do I legally have to converse with her regarding a child she is not even related to?
