Re: Custody of my child

Technically there is no such thing as full custody. There are 3 parts to custody orders:

Legal custody (the right to make decisions) generally shared by the parents.

Primary custody, which parent the child lives most of the time.

Partial Custody, when and how the non custodial parent gets the child.

I don't know if there is a custody order in place. I don't know if the child lives with you. It also depends what the criminal charges are.

In your county all custody complaints are first assigned to a conciliator. They don't decide much of anything. They try to see if the parties will agree. If they don't there's a hearing.

If you have any questions feel free to contact me. The initial consultation is free.
