Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Custody and DUI

My sons father was recently sentenced for two counts of DUI and driving with a suspended liscense. He was not prosecuted for charges related to possession of a controlled substance. I currently have primary physical custody of this child, while he has partial physical custody. I feel that the safety of my child is in danger when he is wth his father. Is there anything I can do to restrict his custody?

Re: Custody and DUI

You can ask the court to order drug and alcohol tests. Restrict his driving the children and possibly restrict overnight custody. You should speak with an attorney. I offer free consultations.
