Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

custody

My husband is fighting for his boys. They live with the grandmother. She has a criminal charge against her but the court don't seem to care. She has also admitted to hitting the boys with a wiffle ball bat. Nothing seems to matter. The judge says she is a saint. She denies us visitation. Is there any laws that we can use to get full custody of this children?
