Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Custody

My husband and i seperated 8 years ago.We have one child who lives with him.We have a temporary joint custody order.I have always wanted my son to come back to live with me but I wanted to do what was best and would make him happy. However his father is making it increasingly harder to have a relationship with my son.He puts him in activities almost year round and they make visitation almost impossible.I am in a long term relationship and have 3 other children and he tells my son that my sig. other and I do not love him as much as our other children and don't want him around. He has hit the child and a report was filed with child services but nothing was done.I have decided to seek custody and to finalize a divorce(he would not sign in the beginning)but need advice and a good lawyer.what do I need to do?

Re: Custody

If you want to pursue the divorce you need to file a Divorce complaint. For custody you also need to file a complaint for custody. You can file for both in one complaint. I would be happy to discuss your options with you. Feel free to contact me at 610-565-3700 and ask for Julie Auerbach.
