Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Custody and moving

My ex moved outside of the school district our children attend. He depends on our 17 year old to do most of the taxi-ing of our younger 2 children, including to and from school. We have a 50/50 custody agreement and live in Pennsylvania. The younger children are not looking forward to spending every other week in another town and would like to be around their friends, but they don't wnat to hurt their father or talk to a judge. What can I do to get primary custody back? Friends tell me that if he has 50% custody he must live in the same school district. Is this true?

Well unless you and dad can come to an agreement, things will stay as they are or you will have to go to court.
