Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I have a custody order in place for my children, and every time their mother gets them she breaks the order. I call the cops and they tell me that they do not deal with custody issues. This does not happen once and a while it is every time she gets them. How do I fix this problem?????"

You sue her in court. If she violates the terms of the order she is in contempt. However, you need to petition the court so that they will use their power to make her either obey the order or face sanctions such as: modification of the custody order, attorney fees, and in extreme cases jail time.
