Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

our custody order states that neither parent shall be under the influence of alcohol while the minor child is in their care, because of his addiction . And it says neither parent shall engage in any conduct which present to the child a negative view of the other parent. And I had two glasses of wine after the baby was in bed, made made some posts on facebook, she's only 1 so she can't read facebook. So he filed contempt charges, will I lose my child over this?

If it's the first time for contempt charges not much will happen. Tat said keep your custody issues off Facebook. It doesn't matter if your child can read or not.
