custody

Pennsylvania. My son will soon be 17 and he wants to live with me. His mother has kicked him out he comes to my home then she threatens to have the police come get him if he doesnt come home. We have tried to avoid trouble. But he needs the stability of being here.

So she doesn't want him but doesn't want you to have him. Sigh.

What you have to do is file a petition to modify custody. At 17 most courts will follow the wish of the child.
