Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania
Custody ---if i have primary physical custody and my husband hasnt signed the stipulations we have made up is he able to take our son overnight without my permission ....is he required to bring our son home to me? He wants to take our son to an event on sunday that is not appropriate for a two year old and told me he is taking him regardless of what i think.i am afraid if i allow him to spend alone time with our son today he will not bring him back until after the event tomorrow.... our son also has surgery 7am monday morning

Is there a custody order in place? If so why do stipulations need to be signed?
I know you want an answer and I ask you 2 questions. If the existing order say he should have partial custody then he gets custody. If there is no custody order then you have to use your judgment.but if there isn't anything to make him bring the child back.
