Custody Relocation hearing scheduled late

I have custody of my daughter. Her mother had moved to Japan a year ago. I have lost my job but have found a great job in another state. I have petitioned the Judge for a relocation hearing but he has scheduled it two months later. I start work in another state in two weeks. How can I get an earlier hearing date?

An emergency motion asking for a temporary order until the full hearing will take place is your best bet.
