From your bare question, I have no idea of your circumstances. First, are they both your natural children? Do they both have the same father as well? Is there a current custody order for the 10 y.o.?

Second, if you're already been through the court system to obtain custody for your 14 y.o. son, then you know the drill. A Complaint for Custody must be filed, and everything else flows from there.

Best of luck to you.
