Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

custody/support

Current order is in VA and mother has primary physical custody/support with visitation monthly to father. Daughter now resides with father and attends school in PA. Does Father have to petition the court in VA or should he file a new case to establish custody in PA since this is where the child resides.

Re: custody/support

Father should file a petition to confirm and modify custody. This petition should be filed in the county in which the father resides.

Please contact me if I can be of assistance in this matter
