Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

custody/visitation

My son's father and I have a parenting agreement that he has the baby (6months) for 3 days a week which is fine with me. But, he works full time and has no one to watch him during the day except his brother who has no experience with children at all, never mind infants. do i have any options concerning this matter? My son's father refuses to only take the baby on weekends. I really feel like his brother couldn't take care of him, he's rarely even spent time with him and i fear that if something happened he wouldn't know what to do and anyone he knows is over a half hour from the house. Please help me!

Re: custody/visitation

Is the parenting agreement part of a court order?

Even if it is and especially if it isn't then you need to have a custody order put in place. This doesn't mean you have to do it in a confrontational manner. You and dad can sit down and agree to what the court order would say and then petition the court to make it an order. It should be remembered that even if your agreement is made an order of the court. It can be reviewed and modified.
