My dad is getting divorced from his second wife. My mom, his first wife, passed away 4 years ago. Will her will be affected in the divorce since my brother's and I haven't received what she left us yet?

No. Your mother's will and your rights to inherit under her will should in no way be affected by your father's divorce of his second wife.
