Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

my dad was supposed to be paying child support from when I was 1 until I turned 18, but he stopped when I was 2 because he didn't know where it was going. I'm now 19 and my dad still hasn't caught up on the court ordered child support he owes. What should I do? Would I be the one the one the collect the back child support now the i'm on my own? does he even have to caught up on the back child support? please help me out here.

First there is no right to an accounting as to where child support goes. Second why didn't your mothet go after him for support, You should contact demostic relations in your county and see what they think you should do.
