It is not illegal for you to contact the man's wife. However, I would have to agree with Attorney Davidson. She is divorced from you. Why do you care whether she dates a married man or not? The only way this would be at all relevant would be IF: (1) the ex-wife is receiving alimony from you; and (2) if she were actually living with the married man. Also, think of the man's wife here - what about her feelings? You will not be doing anyone a favor by causing unhappiness in someone else's marriage just because your marriage unfortunately ended in divorce.

I do not preume to judge or give advice and you can do what you think is right. However, I would worry less about what your ex-wife is doing and be more concerned about your own life. Life is funny and sometimes there is what I like to call a "cosmic justice." Your ex-wife and the man she is involved with with get whatever they deserve. Or not. But it is not your call.
