How can my daughter get her daughter back from baby's father who lives with his parents?

He broke off engagement and kicked my daughter out but kept the child. His Mom is directing all the problems, and is the major block and causing all the problems. He has no backbone at all. Mommy is calling the shots.

Your daughter has to file for custody in the county where the child resides. I suggest that your daughter get a family lawyer now.
