Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

My daughter needs braces. Her father and I have joint legal custody without a support order. Her father is refusing to pay for his share of the braces which will come to 4900.00. He is on SSDI, I work full-time but only make a little bit of money.

Without a support order, there isn't much you will be able to due. I would suggest that you contact your local domestic relations office and file a petition for support.
