Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania
My daughter has a child. Daughter is not married/never married the childs father. The childs father is in jail for non-support. Father has agreed to give up parental rights. Mother is good with this. My daughter has talked with several lawyers and all but one said this cannot be done in PA. Trying to get a straight answer before my daughter engages the one attourney who said he could do this and pays a $2000.00 fee. Can you help?
