Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

My daughter and her two children are living with me right now. I just found out that she is pregnant again and I don't know if her boyfriend has been paying child support.

Can I sue him for having his children living with me?

I don't want to throw her and her children out into the streets.

No, child support is owed to the children. For practical purposes it's paid to the children's primary custodial parent.

Y9ou should sit down and have a heart to heart and talk to about how she intends to support herself and her children.
