Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

My ex wants to take my daughter for a couple of days. I don't feel comfortable with him taking her and I wanted to know if I legally have to give her to him? There is no court order at this time

No you don't as he would be under no obligatin to give her back. And the reason you haven't got a custody order is?
