Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

my daughter has been living with her moms parents for 8 years now.We sighn temporary custody over to my mom,but because of he rocky marriage she gave her to the moms parents.i have gotten my life back on track and have since been married and have a 5 year old daughter.i contacted the grandparents to see what they needed from me to be a part of her life and her sister too.they told me they want to adopt her for social security to cover her if something should happen.i dont want to do that cause ill lose my rights.I dont want to take her from them i just want to be in her life.what can i do?

You have the right to be in your child's life. Further, the party with custody owes a duty to the non-custodial parent to foster a relationship with the child. I don't see what gave your mom the right to give custody to anyone else.
