Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

My daughter who was 15 at the time got pregnant by a man who was 21 and gave birth when she was 16. The child is now a little over two years old and my daughter just turned 18. The father has threatened on a few occasions to file for full custody of the child who has lived with me and my daughter since his birth. What rights does he have in pursuing this?

He has a right to pursue it, but whether he is successful is another story

He has to have grounds.....He ould have to show that the best interets of the child will be best served by the change

The legal term for a man over the age of 21 who gets a 15 year old girl pregnant is rapist.

I doubt you can have him charged now but if you could I would..
