Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

My daughters father lost visitation rights 4 years ago until completion of anger management. He never has done it; now he is telling her " since she is 12, she can decide for herself". Is this true?

At her age she would be able to testify, however, that is only one factor the court will consider. The Court looks at a number of factors when deciding the best interests of the child. Her testimony alone may or may not be enough to be successful in Court.

I suggest that he retains a lawyer to review all of the facts of the case.
