Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

My daughters mother (non-custodial parent) Lives in Pennsylvania and I live in Maryland. She wants to voluntarily terminate her parental rights. Is she able to do this, and if so how will this effect her child support payments. I know laws very state to state, so please, only those with factual legal advice and knowledge of PA law respond. Thanks for any help!

She can not termnate her rights under PA law, unless you have a spouse who will adopt the child within the 30 days of the termination. Once parental rights are terminated; chiold support stops, though the parent is still obligated to pay any arrears.
