de novo hearing

Had a conf. 30 days ago, judge asked for 15 days to reply. with his rulling? Now I am in receipt of a de novo hearing?

I can not figure out whether you are in a court case in a court in Pennsylvania (and you need a Pennsylvania lawyer) or in New Jersey.

If New Jersey, then please ask your question again, and give more details.

I can not assist with Pennsylvania courts.
